Rules:


1. Be polite.
Be polite to others. People come to this chat to have a good time, not to be harassed. While courteousy is not required, diplomacy is.

2. Profanity.
You are allowed to use profanity but not in excess. This is to be defined as follows:
a) Every other word in a sentence
b) More than four words in a sentence

3. English Only
#TheReallyRandomRoom is an English Only chat room. While there may be commonalities in other languages between users, this is not the place to explore or practice them.
You can have 4 words but more then that, translation is needed, and translation must be provided if asked.

4. Ask before you advertise.
Advertisement of other rooms is not allowed; doing this will result in an automatic kick. If you must talk about a room and it is not advertising, use abbreviations like: RRR (standing for #ReallyRandomRoom) or TMA (#TheMusicAddicts), or ask a mod before advertising or tell some one to do a /whois or note them.

5. Respect the various groups.
In #TheReallyRandomRoom there are several different groups... Respect each and everyone one of them. .

6. Silence
The mod who silenced them decides how long depending on the offense.

7. 3 warning kick system.
For any violation of any rules here, unless otherwise stated, there are 3 warnings and forth violation of the rule, you will be kicked.

8. NO RAPE TALK!!!
There is to be no rape talk in #TheReallyRandomRoom. Any rape talk will result in an immediate kick and, if this rule is violated four times by a user, there will be a ban placed upon them.

9. Keep an open mind.
Everyone is different.Also, since #TheReallyRandomRoom is a worldwide chat with people from many different orientations and backgrounds, not everyone is going to see eye to eye on every issue.

You may debate various topics, but under no circumstance should it devolve into an argument. If a chat operative sees any party in an argument, they will warn the parties to stop. If the parties do not heed this warning, they will be kicked.

10. Follow the main dAmn rules.
Follow the rules set by dAmn. If you do not follow them, we have the right to report you.

11. No harassment.
Do not harass other users, whether it is for sexual purposes or otherwise. For all intents and purposes, harassment is defined as the following:

A) to disturb persistently; torment, as with troubles or cares; bother continually; pester; persecute.

B) to trouble by repeated attacks, incursions, etc., as in war or hostilities; harry; raid.

Any violation of this rule will result in an immediate ban.

12. Display.
You are allowed to post your work to get people to comment on it, and them to tell you what they think. It is not spam if it’s just posted once or twice. If posted more than 4 within one hour, it could be considered spam. However, it is up to the highest mod to vote if it is or not.


13. Respect our Staff.
Our staff here at #TheReallyRandomRoom are always trying to help you and keep control of the chat at the same time, so we ask that you respect the staff at all times. If you harass them or otherwise disrespect them, they will warn you and, if you continue to disrespect them, they reserve the right to kick you.

14. No spamming.
Spam includes, but is not limited to elongated words (Ex. "oooooohh"), un-needed use of bolding (as defined by the chat operatives at the time of bolding), mass caps (more than three word in caps), compound mass caps (Ex. "IHATEYOU. or LEAVEMEALONE.") and repetitive posting.

A lot of people are confused about what's considered spam in GBL. We consider elongated words and massive caps to be spam. Also, if you continuously post the same emote or thumb, it can be considered spam as well. Our elongated words have a max of 6 extra letters before it's considered spam. (Punctuation also is included with elongated words.)

15. Grouping
You can tell us which group you belong in, or you will be placed in a group of our choice. If you do not speak within ten minutes, you will be kicked for idling, as defined by the next rule.

16. No Guest Idling
A guest may not idle for more than ten minutes. If a guest is idling for more than ten minutes, they can be kicked without warning.

17. Multiple Accounts
If you are banned on one account that means you are banned on all your accounts. If you are caught on a different account, and one of your accounts are banned, then that account becomes banned too without warning.

18. No Cybering or Sexual talk.
There is to be no cyber sex (utilising text in order to simulate sexual encounters) or sexual talk (discussions pertaining to sexual encounters or actions you would initiate with another user) or linking, discussing, talking about porn sites, or any sexual things at all, in the chat. Any violation of this rule will result in a kick without warning and/or ban.

19. No Personal Matters.
This chat room is to be a place of enjoyment for all users. If you have personal problems with another user or a chat operative, you are to discuss it in another means that does not prohibit the flow of discussion for all users. Any violation of this rule will result in a warn, followed by a kick if further violation occurs.

20. Do not use the Ignore Command.
For the users that can use the /ignore command in dAmn this is not acceptable to use in GayBiLove! If you are found using it on a member you will be warned, and if you do not /unignore then, you will be kicked. If you are found using it on a Mod or higher you will be kicked WITHOUT a warning, then noted about any other punishment.

21. No Antikick.
If found using this command you can be kicked without warning. If you use this command after being warned the chat operatives have right to ban you.

22. Role Playing.
This is usually the most confusing rule of this chat room. Yes, role-playing is allowed, though not extensively. The chat room is mostly for chatting, not role-playing. You can role-play simple things. (Examples are below.) Any extensive role-playing will result in a warning, then a kick. Also, do not role-play every other line, either. It gets bothersome.

~Simple Role-playing: *(random person) snuggles and hugs Sexy-Ashely

~Extensive Roleplaying: *(random person) walks over to Sexy-Ashley with a tear falling down her red cheeks and wraps her arms around the other girls waist and hugs her tightly.

The appeal process:
If you feel that you were unfairly banned or kicked by a chat operative, copy the screen (by using the Prt Scrn button on your keyboard and pasting it into paint or another program and uploading it to your scraps) and send a note to Sexy-Ashley containing both a link to the screenprint and a description of what happened. If you are found to be the victim of unfair abuse of power, reprimands shall be taken out and you will be un-banned and/or apologized to. And if Sexy-Ashley is still in the room you may talk to her or the mod that kicked/ banned you. And they must hear you out.
